Hi, my name is Jackie Angulo and I am the Broker/Owner of Realty World-Trinity River Realty.
My husband and I moved to Trinity County in 1989. He had been hired by Trinity County Sheriff's Department and was placed on duty in an area called Hayfork.
We lived in Hayfork until 1995, and moved to Weaverville where we have lived ever since. We have raised three great children in Trinity County and have enjoyed every minute of it
I was raised in a Real Estate oriented family in Southern California. My Dad was in escrow for over 30 years. While attending High School, he would have me help in the office during my summer vacations. Upon graduation I went to work for him full time. Because of this I have about 20 years experience in both Title and Escrow, working for companies in both Northern and Southern California.
When my husband and I moved to Weaverville, he suggested that I obtain my Real Estate License, that was in 1997. Since then I have worked as an agent for other companies. In April 2002 I received my Brokers License and opened my own office, Realty World-Trinity River Realty. As of January 2005, I have two offices, this one in Weaverville and my brand new office in Shasta County, Realty World Tri-Shasta.
In 2004 I attended classes and obtained my CRS Designation. CRS stands for Certified Residential Specialists. With this additional training I feel I can better serve my clients in both listings and sales. I have shared my training with my agents and have encouraged them to use some of the CRS thoughts and processes.
